<\/p>\n

Ausgehend von den neuesten Erkenntnissen der Philosophie, der Kognitionswissenschaft und der Entwicklungspsychologie untersucht die Lecture-Performance Learning Machines (Everything We\u2019ll Ever Think is Potentially There from the Start) <\/span><\/b>wie Wissen, Imagination und Spiel miteinander verwoben sind. So ist z.B. das \u201aVort\u00e4uschen\u2018 mehr als nur Vorstellungskraft \u2013 es ist ein kultureller Prozess, der neue Realit\u00e4ten tats\u00e4chlich umsetzen kann.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr diese Performance habe ich mit Kindern Szenen f\u00fcr die Videokamera geschaffen, die sich auf bekannte Forschungsexperimente beziehen. Diese Szenen auf dem Bildschirm sind eine visuelle Parallele zu dem, was in der Performance besprochen wird.<\/p>\n

Der Reverend Thomas Bayes, ein Philosoph, Mathematiker und Theologe aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, entwickelte Modelle des menschlichen Lernens, die in der Entwicklungspsychologie und beim maschinellen Lernen (k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz) zunehmend an Bedeutung gewinnen.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\"Sp\u00e4testens seit Noam Chomsky wird dar\u00fcber debattiert, ob wir \u00fcber angeborenes Wissen verf\u00fcgen. Nach der Bayes'schen Auffassung besteht Wissen aus einer Reihe von m\u00f6glichen Hypothesen \u00fcber die Welt. Anfangs halten wir einige Hypothesen f\u00fcr weniger wahrscheinlich und andere f\u00fcr wahrscheinlicher. Wenn wir neue Beweise sammeln, k\u00f6nnen wir die Wahrscheinlichkeit dieser Hypothesen auf rationale Weise aktualisieren. Wir k\u00f6nnen das, was anfangs wahrscheinlich erschien, verwerfen und schlie\u00dflich Ideen akzeptieren, die anfangs als unwahrscheinlich galten. Wenn dieses Bild richtig ist (und ich denke, das ist es), dann ist in gewisser Weise alles, was wir jemals denken werden, potenziell von Anfang an da.\"\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
